It is difficult to say what is impossible for the deam of yesterday is the hope of today and the reality of tomorrow.
It 为形式主语，to say ----- tomorrow 为真正主语，在真主语中, what is impossible for the dream of yesterday 为名从作主语, is the hope of today and the reality of tomorrow 为剩下的系表结构。
整句理解为：很难说过去看似不可能的梦想会变成今天的希望和明天的现实。
不过个人感觉用：Isn't it difficult to say what is impossible for the dream of yesterday is the hope of today and the reality of tomorrow? 更好些。
