我想请教老师们：That's all it matters now. 这句话中it matters是all 的定语从句吗？matter作动词是不及物动词，即that不可能是matter的宾语，那为何可以省略that？

it应改为that较为规范.在非正式文体，如口语有这样用的。但不如that更好。
