He has got up at five o'clock.

请问是否仍然正确?

He got up at 5 o'clock today. 中文意思是：他在今天5点钟起床了。

起床的动作是很短暂的，不具备持续性等。所以不用完成时态。

I have been working since I got up at 5 o'clock today.

从我5点钟起床之后，就一直在工作。

工作是一个可以持续的工作，而且当说这句话的时候，时间还持续在今天。
