这里用what是正常的。但是有例外（句7）：

1-5句也好理解。只是第3句far more diverse是修饰前面的an enormous range of topics, genres and styles of story，因为太长了，如果连在一起确实别扭。

6句是因为向上渗透至menus far more varied，仍然正常。
7.
