表示伴随为什么只能用 go 而不能用accompany

这里为什么只能填 goes, 而不能填 accompanies，不都是表示伴随吗？我查了 accompanies 的释意 to happen or appear with something else，不知道为什么不可能这样用。

accompany是及物动词，需要宾语。这里没有宾语，所以只能用不及物动词go 后接介词with。
