= Yet as her fame grew, a tumour inside her womb grew，too.

当so表示“也”的意思位于句首时，句子要部分倒装。as引导时间状语从句，so did a tumour...为主句。inside her womb为介词短语作定语修饰tumour。句子意思是：但随着她名声的增加，她子宫内的肿瘤也增大了。
