suggest不是双宾语动词，不可以接双宾语。to me 是介词短语作状语，the sound为宾语。后面是定语从句，关系代词that/which在限制性定语从句中作宾语被省略了。句子等于： This onomatopoeic word suggests to me the sound (that) a mousetrap makes when it snaps shut.这个拟声词让我联想到捕鼠器啪一声关上时发出的声音。
