With people （being）wary of confined spaces—and country after country imposing travel bans—passenger numbers have nosedived, and with them airline revenues （nosedived）.
破折号里面的是为了补充前面的分句的，分析句子的时候可以直接拿掉。后面因为重复了have nosedived，所以省略掉了！with them中的them是指passenger numbers不是指前面的people。即with passenger numbers having nosedived airline revenues （nosedived）。
