2 plus作并列连词的疑问

There's nothing worse than having to invent and deliver an opinion on school league tables or Tom's move to Manchester United, plus listen to everyone else's opinions, when all you really want to do is enjoy each mouthful along the way.

plus 用作连词，很多词典都已收录。and 表示的并列是平行的、对等的，如前面的两个不定式用and 并列： invent and deliver。而 plus 表示的并列，是“外加的；附加的”。listen 也是不定式，用 plus 与前面的 invent and deliver 并列，但意思上不平行、不对等，属于次要地位，意思大约等于 in addition。既然 plus 是连词，它就可以连接两个名词或动词，甚至分句，包括两个形式相同的非谓语动词。

plus的连词用法，是现代英语中出现的，很多人认为是不规范的。尤其是你的例句plus后直接接动词，更是罕见，我认为是不准确的。我印象里没见过这样用的。如果用and plus还可以接受，尽管是多余的。最好是用and或or.

请看柯林斯词典的解释：Since plus as a preposition has long had the meanings “more by the addition of ” and “with the addition of,” it was but a short step to a newer use, mainly in informal writing and speech, as a conjunction meaning “also, and, furthermore.” Although this use is increasing, many object to it, and it is rare in more formal writing. and plus is likewise objected to, especially for being redundant: The paper was delivered two hours late, and plus it was soaking wet.
