1. 这个句子 home 前加了冠词，虽然不能说错误，但至少不符合习惯。一般而言，在系动词 be 包括系动词在内的 become之后，其表语 home 前是不用冠词的。结构是：be/become home to 是/成为......的家园。道理就是：此时 home 为形容词用法，因为系动词后接形容词作表语是最好的理由。又如：

2. 如果home 作介词的宾语，就应该保留冠词，因为它是名词，无法用作形容词了。例如：

【总结】home to...作表语时不带冠词，作宾语时带冠词。注意：“家园；栖息地” 与 “家；（......）活动之家”，不是一个概念，还是有所差别的。网友句子的语境显然是前者。

这里的 home 表示“家园”，泛指，后接 to 时应该用不定冠词。
