【1】in the photo 表示“照片里的内容”即“照片人物图片/风景图片”

There are three girls and two boys in the photo.照片中有3个女孩和2个男孩。

The girl in the photo is Mary. 照片中的那个女孩是玛丽。

【2】on the photo 表示“放在照片上的东西”即“放在照片表面事物”

There is an English book on the photo.照片上有一本英语书。

There are two erasers on the photo.照片上有2块橡皮。
