look forward to后有无表时间名词的区别

各位老师好，我注意到在look forward to后有时直接加when，而没有表时间的名词比如“the time, the day, the moment 等”，比如：

I'm looking forward to when I go to the university.

我想请教各位老师：

1）该句子look forward to后加上表时间的名词，比如“the day”，句子强调的意思有区别吗？

2）When直接跟在look forward to后面时，when 引导是宾语从句吗？

3）当句子是"I'm looking forward to the day when I go to the university."时，when引导是定语从句还是同位语从句？

I'm looking forward to (the day/time/moment) when I go to the university.

look forward to为短语动词，后接名词性结构。可以后接名词the day, the time, the moment等，再后接定语从句。定语从句可以由关系副词when/that引导，也可以省略关系副词。还可以在look forward to后直接接when从句，此时when为融合型关系代词（when=the time when），引导名词性关系分句作宾语。
