表语从句还是同位语从句

这个句子为什么是主语从句，不是表语从句呢?

这个是同位语从句吗?

It appears that all the files have been deleted.

分析为主语从句或表语从句均可。若是主语从句，那么，appears 为不及物动词。若是表语从句，那么，appears 为系动词，此时句首 It 为虚拟主语，本身无意义，只是弥补主语空缺。

There is a common effect that it will affect the economic growth.

从句子结构看，是同位语从句无疑。不过，common effect 的意思，应理解为 “普遍的印象；共同的感觉”。
