have不接从句作宾语，所以要加it代替that从句作形式宾语。“has it that-clause”是惯用表达句式，会用即可，通常不作语法分析。
1. have的意义颇多，它有“表明；说”的意思。在这种结构中它常根据用作主语的名词译为“据说……；传说……；据报道……；谣传……”等等。例如：
Rumor has it that Jean is getting married again. 谣传简又要结婚了。
Word has it that the food costs an arm and a leg. 听说那里的食物贵得离谱。
Report has it that the ballet will visit England before long. 据报道，这个芭蕾舞团不久将访问英国。
2. have it that的主语也可以是人，此时的意义是“坚持说……，硬说……”。例如：
He has it that he doesn’t know about it. 他硬说他不知道这件事。
She has it that we are wrong. 她坚持说我们错了。
