Hi everybody! I’m Fraser, and I’m from the UK. I’m going to visit China this year because I’m very interested inChina’s history and culture. I’m going to see the Great Wall but other than that, I’m not sure where to go. Any ideas?

这是2019版人教版高中英语新教材必修一的 Unit 2（p33）的句子。

请问句中的 China’s history and culture 可以换成 Chinese history and culture 吗？

China's 强调中国特有并引以自豪的人或事，Chinese指中国的，没有特殊强调的含义。你的这句话完全可以说Chinese history and culture，而且更多见。我再举个例子：

Jill Biden pays tribute to one of America's most iconic first ladies.(出自美国媒体）

America's 不仅是强调所属关系，更重要的是暗示美国特有的并让人引以自豪的含义，Mr Li is a Chinese teacher of math. 这句仅是一般意义的描述Mr Li一位数学老师。如果说钱学森，就可以说Qian Xuesen is one of China's outstanding scientists.
