是的，legacy和heritage都有“遗产”的意思，都可以指祖传产业。
1. legacy 可以指金钱、财产等物质性的“遗产”，也可以指非物质性的东西（历史遗产、遗留物等）。如：
Her grandmother died and left her a small legacy. 她的祖母去世了，留给她一小笔遗产。
This house is her legacy from earlier generations. 这所房子是她的祖辈传下来给她的。
He left his children a legacy of love and respect. 他给孩子们留下的遗产是爱和尊重。
Her artistic legacy lives on through her children. 她的艺术造诣通过子女传承而得以延续。
2. heritage 主要指文化遗产，尤其指指国家或社会长期形成的历史、传统和特色等。如：
The building is part of our national heritage. 这个建筑是我们民族遗产的一部份。

Their country has a rich cultural heritage. 他们的国家有丰富多彩的文化遗产。
