half/both of是前位限定词吗

请问这个句子中的half of the electricity除了将half分析为代词，是不是还可以将half of分析为前位限定词，同理当出现both of时是不是也可以分析为前位限定词？

限定词还能接 of 吗？明明是代词，both of...也是如此。其他限定词接了 of 后，也都变成了代词。例如：

all of..., some of..., many of..., much of..., any of... , several of..., a few of..., a little of... 等。
