There is still such thing as too much information.

请问这句话中的as是副词、介词还是连词呢？as又该如何翻译呢？

网友提供了一个错误的句子。改为：

There are still such things as too much information.

该句与下句同义：

There are still things such as too much information.

thing 为可数名词，单数能用零冠词吗？应改为复数， is 改为 are。
如果单数可数名词前有了 any, no 等，才可以零冠词，如：any such thing, no such thing。

as too much information 这个词组，照应句中的 such，作 things 的定语，表示不完全列举。as 译为“像......一样的；诸如此类的”。 too much information 只是such things 的一个例子。
对于上述两句，建议把as 引导的词组以及 such as 引导的词组，一律作为定语分析，不要分析为同位语等。也不要分析省略了什么，怎样补全。
