网友写的这段话，里面有不少错误。我只针对网友的问题作一解答。
1. multiple 是个定语形容词，只能用在名词前作定语，不可作表语。改为：The world is diverse.
2. 网友写的这个with 复合结构，不符合要求。改为： With the differences of cross interests between China and the United States in social system...。结构为：with + 逻辑主语（the differences） + 介词短语（in...）。
网友这个 that interests intersect differences in social system, history and culture background，既不是countries的定语从句，也不是countries的同位语从句，that 是个累赘不说，整个表达有错误。
3. what they concern 不能这样用，concern 的主语是“事情”，宾语是“人”，意为“某事使某人担忧”。用法是：sth. concerns sb. 或 sb. is concerned about sth. 所以，原句改为：what they are concerned about 或者直接用名词 their concerns.
