and 连接两个被动语态时，后面的助动词 be“可以省略”不是“必须省略”。也就是说，在阐述语法规则时，如果出现“可以怎样”，那意味着“也可以不怎样”。例如：

当两个并列的成分出现时，重复的部分“可以承前省略”，那意味着“也可以不省略”。

在help 之后的不定式“可以省略to”，那意味着“也可以不省略to”。
