这是典型的口语句子，句子太长，说话人说到后面，忘记了前面是 I wish，需要后接宾语从句。to collecting 是受了toward passing的影响。口语中的口误是很常见的，你读口语句子，知道说话人想说什么就可以了，不要纠结语法。
