She often fools around with many men, （thus） resulting in being abandoned by her husband. 或2. She often fools around with many men, and therefore has been recently abandoned by her husband. 或者这样：Abandoned by her husband, she began to fool around with many men. 当然这样的话，和你的句式意思不样了。
