Against staying longer, however, Elizabeth was positively resolved——nor did she much expect it would be asked; and fearful, on the contrary, as being considered as intruding themselves needlessly long.

3as状语从句部分应该是as Elizabeth was considered…

Against staying longer, however, Elizabeth was positively resolved——nor did she much expect it would be asked; and fearful, on the contrary, as being considered as intruding themselves needlessly long.

3as状语从句部分应该是as Elizabeth was considered…

as being considered 不应该是 as Elizabeth was considered, 原因状语从句似乎不能这样省略。即便能省略,按照状语从句省略规则,应该是省略了 she was,即 as she was being considered...(过去进行时)

Elizabeth was positively resolved against (the guests)staying longer, nor did she much expect it would be asked and (she was) fearful, on the contrary, as(if it wouldnt be asked, the guests were)being considered as intruding themselves needlessly long.
