Here's a handful of ways that will set you in the right direction.

在主谓一致规则中，有一个“就近原则”。特别适合 There be 存在句，包括 Here be。离 be 最近的那个名词的单复数，往往决定着 be 的单复数。此外，在口语中， there's 比 there're， here's 比 here're 要顺口好读。
