②副词短语和短语副词'的区别相当于'介词短语和短语介词'、动词短语和短语动词'的区别吗？就是副词短语本质是短语，以副词为中心词，词性可以不是副词；而短语副词本质是副词，词性就是副词，但可以不以副词为中心词？这样理解对不对呢？——不完全正确。
