这个句子中的hefty enough to do 是做后置定语修饰fine么？后置定语有adj+enough+不定式这种形式？

当作定语的形容词被enough to do修饰时，形容词+后置修饰语构成形容词短语，形容词短语则只能做后置定语，不能再做前置定语。这种现象太常见了。This is a hall big enough to hold 1000 people.

an innovative workaround 为fines的同位语，加上which are则为定语从句。
