看到有一段话，you are almost certainly holding an arrangement of cards that has never before existed in all of history， How can this be， The answer lies in how many different arrangements of 52 cards，

1.我看头一段话语序表述很奇怪，可否改成the arrangement of cards that you are holding has almost certainly never before existed…，是否更通顺呢？
2. all of history可否写成all history呢？
3.这段话最后how many different arrangements…做前面动词lie in的宾语从句，可是这段从句没有动词，是否应写成…arrangements of 52 cards be？
请老师帮助细致讲讲，并说出我上面想法对错的原因。

1. you are almost certainly holding an arrangement of cards that has never before existed in all of history. 这是根据一句名言改写的，名言如下：“Any time you pick up a well shuffled deck, you are almost certainly holding an arrangement of cards that has never before existed and might not exist again.”所以原来的说法没有错，仅是你不太熟悉而已。你的改动也没错，但意思略有不同，因为almost certainly 原句修饰you引导的句子, 你改后修饰arrangement引导的句子。
2. in all of history 有这种用法，但比较少用，较多见的是in all history.
3. 因为这部分是口语体，可以按你的想法改为...arrangements of 52 cards you may have. 但你仅用be不对。
