whatever引导名词从句的时候，是可以换成anything that/which，还是any…that？根据具体语境，换成whatever后面的名词。这个句子这样理解对么？

你的理解是对的。如果whatever 用作代词（其后不接被修饰的名词），它相当于anything that/which；如果whatever 用作形容词（其后接有被修饰的名词），它相当于any…that。
Whatever manufacturing companies survive this hell will be set to mint money.
=Any manufacturing companies that survive this hell will be set to mint money.
又如：
I eat whatever I want and I still don't seem to put on weight. 我想吃甚么就吃甚么，仍然不见体重有所增长。（whatever为代词，whatever=anything that…）
He'll be ready to accept whatever help he can get. 他将愿意接受能得到的任何帮助。（whatever为形容词，whatever help=any help that…）
