情态动词can的用法
关于情态动词can，有种用法是说can + be/get表示“有时”这个意思，比如：
Beijing can be very cold in summer.北京夏天有时候很冷。
He can be angry.他有时会生气。
可我觉得，这是can表示理论上的可能性，并不是固定用法，所以请问到底有没有表“有时”的这种用法？

6 a — used to describe the way a person sometimes behaves
She can be very rude at times. [=she is sometimes very rude]
b — used to describe something that sometimes or often happens
In this part of the country the weather can change quickly. [=the weather often changes quickly]
这其实是can表示理论上的可能性的一种具体用法。
