the cost to your health还是the cost on your health

在词典里面,我查到cost作名词“代价”解释时，如果要表示“对...带来的代价”，使用介词to来构成搭配结构：the cost to somebody/something.

但在2018年浙江省自主命题高考卷语篇型填空题里的一句话(There could be an even higher cost on your health.)使用的却是...cost on your health的介词搭配结构。

请问老师：介词on和to在上述语境里可以互换吗？

句子的意思你理解错了。这说的不是对你身体将带来伤害，而是指你可能在健康方面花钱。on表示在某方面。

There could be an even higher cost on your health. 可能存在健康方面的更大支出。
