定语从句

What are we to do, then, when confronted with situations like a disagreement with a spouse or negotiating a contract at work, that require us to take a personal stake?

想请问各位老师，最后that引导的从句，是非限制性定语从句？但是不是不能用that？，还是我判断错从句了？谢谢，

that 引导限制性定语从句，修饰先行词situations。由于定语从句和先行词之间插入了like介词短语，逗号是分隔like介词短语的。如果去掉like介词短语，则that从句前的逗号就消失了。例如：

What are we to do, then, when confronted with situations that require us to take a personal stake?
