如何表达【即使...,更不用说...】的句型

老师，我想用英语来表达【即使..., 更不用说...】的句型，应该如何写？

比如：

1. 即便是科学家也解决不了这个问题，更不用说你一个人去解决这个问题了，根本不可能。

2. 即便用中文写文章我都感到很困难，更何况说用英语来写文章，那就难上加难了。

请老师帮我翻译一下，主要是我想知道这个句型怎么使用，非常感谢！

没有“固定”句型可套的，要视具体的句意和结构来定。试译如下：

1. 即便是科学家也解决不了这个问题，更不用说你一个人去解决这个问题了，根本不可能。

Even a scientist can’t solve this problem, let alone do it on your own; it’s impossible.

2. 即便用中文写文章我都感到很困难，更何况说用英语来写文章，那就难上加难了。

Even if I write articles in Chinese, I find it very difficult, not to mention writing articles in English, it is even more difficult.

这类句子中的“即使”最可能想到的是用 even 来翻译，但这并不是绝对的。如：

Even a policeman wouldn’t dare to poke about without a search warrant—and you’re not a policeman. 即使是警察没有搜查证也不敢乱翻——何况你还不是一个警察。

It would have been a hot day for summer, let alone early spring. 那一天即使对于夏天来说都是很热的，更不用说是早春了。

用let alone是最保险的操作，当然用形容词+when也可以起到相应效果：

The idea of doing it on your own is impossible when the problem can't be solved even by a scientist.

Even harder is writing articles in English when doing it in Chinese is already quite challenging to me.
