2 being的用法

There are some obvious areas to look at: because of the nature of our work and people being out of the office often, not everyone has his or her own desk and that can be a little frustrating. Then there’s the cosmetic side of it – people do comment on the décor being a little monotonous and impersonal – maybe that’s just a matter of taste.

你理解错误。people being out of the office often 为动名词复合结构，与 the nature of our work并列，共同做介词because of的宾语。 the décor being a little monotonous and impersonal 也是动名词复合结构，作介词on的宾语。
