With the deadline nearing for appeals to be lodged at the Court of Arbitration for Sport, WADA has reportedly requested more information on the incident.

把the dead line nearing看成动名词，充当with的宾语，即“随着最后期限临近”。

再把appeals to be lodged看成被动形式的动名词充当for的宾语即“上诉被提起”。

再把“上诉被提起”看作是“期限”的介词定语，即：随着上诉被提起的最后期限临近…

可以这么理解吗？这个思维正确吗？

那我就可以造句：

With the meeting coming for the business to be discussed, the counterparty has requested more information on the trade.

随着那笔交易被讨论的会议的到来，交易对手方要求获得更多的交易信息。

其实WITH复合结构也有人看成本质上是介词宾语的，但是夸克还是看成复合结构，就是复合结构，我的观点和你的稍微不太一样。

1）：第一个我认为是， with+the deadline(宾语)+nearing（现在分词作宾补）+ for appeals to be lodged at.....(这个是不定式复合结构作修饰 deadline的后置定语)。

2）：第二个： with +the meeting（宾语）+coming(宾补)+ for the business to be discussed(作定语修饰meeting).

虽然上述2个句子的不定式复合结构作定语修饰宾语，被宾补分割了，主要原因我认为还是这个定语天长了。
