how the moon is constructed. 这里不是被动语态表示动作，而系表结构表示状态。例如《韦氏高级》例句：The table is constructed [=made] of wood and steel. 这里并不是表示制作桌子这个动作，而是表示制作这个动作结束后，桌子所处的状态。即桌子是由什么构成的。你的句子是同一个道理。
