不及动词的过去分词可以作后置定语吗

请问：不及动词的过去分词可以作后置定语吗？比如看到这样一句：

A man just come back from India is said to have suffered COVID-19.

这个句子的 come back from India 是修饰 man 的后置定语吧？难道不及动词的过去分词也可以作后置定语吗？

不及动词的过去分词原则上不可以作后置定语的，但若它受到副词的修饰有时则可以，如你的句子之所以这样用就是因为 come back from India 前面有副词 just 的修饰。又如：

The plane just arrived is from London. 刚到的飞机是从伦敦飞来的。

I visited a scholar just come back from Japan. 我拜访了一位刚从日本回来的学者。

当然，更通常的表达是使用定语从句。如：

A man who has just come back from Indiais said to have suffered COVID-19.

The plane which has just arrived is from London.

I visited a scholar who had just come back from Japan.
