抄写句子，不能写错单词，不然没法理解和分析。fall 应为 full。 full human potential 人的所有潜力。

including 已经被公认为是介词，即由现在分词变来的介词。归根结底还是介词。

既然是介词，就是介词短语作 people 的定语，是非限制性的。不要随便定义“插入语”。
