在意思不变的情况下我可以把 come by 换成 come 么？

Come by one day and look at some of the other dogs.

意思不可能不变。副词 by 附着在 come 之后构成短语动词。表示“顺便过来；路过拜访”。by 有 “路过” 之意，去掉 by 后，就没有 “顺便” 这层意思了。
