你翻译的不错，根据我过去阅卷的习惯，给12或13分。但有些不准确的地方。请参考我的修改：

The Romance of the Three Kingdoms, which was written in the 14th century, is a famous historical fiction in China. 因为原文出现时间，这里要用过去式。写于时间不如著名的历史小说分量重，所以把时间改为从句或分词结构都可以。

Based on the history of the Three Kingdoms period, this literary work describes the war between Wei, Shu and Wu from the second half of the second century to the second half of the third century.

历史时期，一般用。。。period, 不必用of 结构。而且两个of 离太近，显得重复。battle 指战役，所以不准确，要用war. BC 是公元前，不符合原文的意思，删去。in the half year 的翻译不准确。

The fiction depicts nearly a thousand figures and innumerable events. 你用thousands of 不符合原文的意思。
