原句两个谓语is和suggests，肯定不对。

1 倒装作为语法术语是有定义的，即倒装指谓语动词部分或全部位于主语前的语言现象。倒装有部分倒装和完全倒装之区别。另外，还有一个语法术语——前置，前置指本不属于主语前位置的词项移至主语前位置的语言现象。但是国内有些英语书籍使用术语不够严谨，把本来是前置的结构错误地称为倒装，倒装术语混乱。我们知道as可以引导让步状语从句，但是as引导让步状语从句时，从句的某个成分（通常为表语，也可以是状语）必须前置到as之前。例如：improbable as it seems, it's still true. [=although it seems improbable, it's still true]（《韦氏高阶》）。很多国内语法书在介绍这种as引导的让步状语从句时，把as从句结构称为倒装，这是错误的。网友的这个句子就是as引导让步状语从句，这不属于倒装句，充其量是as从句含有前置结构。这本书把as从句分析为倒装句，严格讲也是错误的。只要问一下作者，什么叫倒装？作者自己就知道自己说错了。
