但是原文中的翻译却是“众多工业国家迅速放缓的生产率是否代表着发展高峰时代——战后法国的辉煌30年——对于我们而言已经结束，而随着ipad等的大型制造商富士康要将生产线迁至更廉价的印度，是否在中国也快要结束了？”

我是对“标志”提问但是原文是对“是否结束提问”这让我有点不知道该怎样分析这个句子了还请老师帮忙看下
