这句话出自书虫《莫尔格街凶杀案》最后一段。原文为：

'We won't argue with him,' Dupin said to me when we walked home together. 'Let him talk. He's a good man, in his way. I found the answer to this mystery, and he didn't. That's all there is to say, really.'

我理解着：

That's all there is to say, 本是两句话：That's all. 和 There is  something to say,

变成定语从句后，就是：That's all （that）there is to say,

其中 something 变成了 that，并且提前到 all 的后面，there is 的前面。并且 that 被省略掉了。

因为在常见的 there be 句型中，语法成分常常如下划分：

There（形式主语） are（谓语，意为“存在”） five apples（真正主语） on the table（状语）.

There（形式主语） is（谓语)  nothing（真正主语） to say（不定式做定语）.

所以按照我的理解方法，原句就等于将真正主语 that 省略掉了。只听说过在定语从句中，that 做宾语时可以省略，没见过做真正主语被省略的。
