in possession of 拥有是固定搭配，of是空着要填的，我会经常填成with，这里的介词有什么不同呢？要如何理解和记忆，谢谢。

Sb is in possession of sth. 某人拥有、占有某物。Sth is in the possesioon of sb. 某物被某人所持有或占有。possession在此具有动词的意义，of在二个句子中分别表示动宾关系和主谓关系。这里不能用with。
