两个选项都与 had 无关，这里不是作 had 的宾补，不是 have sb do/doing 结构，而是现在分词 clapping ...与宾语有关作状语，表示观众站立时的伴随情况。介词短语 on its feet 才是 had 的宾补。had the audience on its feet，意思是 “使得观众站立起来；让观众起立”。

这个句子已经不是have sb do/doing结构了。had the audience on its feet, on tis feet为介词短语作had的宾补，clapping为介词短语作与宾语有关的伴随状语，而不是宾补了。此时不可以用不带to的不定式，因为不带to的不定式不能作状语。
