the first/last time (that)

1) This is the first time (that) I have been to London.

是否可以将时态改为：This is the first time (that) I go to London.

2）This is the first time for me to to to London.

这个说法是错误的，1）句中的从句形式是对的，而1）句的不定式表达是错误的，这里从句和不定式一个对一个错的底层逻辑是什么？

英语中有很多惯用情况，即大家习惯这么说。学习英语则应该遵循这些习惯。在以下句式中，习惯的表达方式为：

1）He is the first man that has walked on the moon.

序数词修饰的名词后接that从句，从句习惯用完成体。本句可以把定语从句改为不定式作定语：

He is the first man to walk on the moon. （to walk 为to have walked的简略）。

即只有不定式与序数词修饰的名词为逻辑主谓关系时，才能改为不定式作定语。

2）This is the first time that I have visited London.

This is the first time for me to visit London. (错误）（参读《英语语法指南》）这个句式中不定式与名词不是逻辑主谓关系为错误。

This is my first time visiting London. (正确）（根据WR网站老外的观点）

根据《牛津英语用法指南》56节，在 this [that / it] is the first [second/third] time 后面的 ( that ) 从句中，必须用现在完成时。
