1. all 前面应该使用逗号才对，可能是印刷错误。which 是关系代词，引导定语从句。从谓语动词 reinforce是复数来看，all 应该指复数名词，但好像又不是，所以，reinforce 是不是漏掉了 -s。
2. that 从句是view 的同位语，说明其内容。
