which 指代 more practical knowledge and expertise，practical knowledge and expertise 被视为不可分割整体，故 comes 用单数。come as handy 似为 come in handy 之误，后者 = come in useful ，二者均为习语，意为 be useful when needed. 迟早会有用的。
