后半句：我们身体里的一些化学物质不属于那里。是什么意思呢？我理解成了那些化学物质不应该属于化工厂（that指代chemicals吗？结尾的there是指化工厂吗）而应该属于我们的身体。不知道这样理解对不对？就像言外之意是我们人体不能合成的化学物质可以化工厂合成，合成后他不应该属于化工厂而应该到我们身体去。是这样理解吗？

这里的 there 指 in our bodies 。 belong there 的意思是“应该在那里”，例如：This clock belongs on my desk. 这个时钟应该放在我的桌上的。He doesn't belong here. 这里不是他该来的地方。（摘自《英汉多功能词典》新编升级版）
that don't belong there 是定语从句，它修饰的先行词是chemicals。
