中文：中国幅员辽阔，人口众多，很多地方人们都说自己的方言。方言在发音上差别最大，词汇和语法差别较小。有些方言，特别是北方和南方的方言，差异很大，以至于说不同方言的人常常很难听懂彼此的讲话。方言被认为是当地文化的一个组成部分，但近年来能说方言的人数不断减少。为了鼓励人们更多说本地方言，一些地方政府已经采取措施，如在学校开设方言课，在广播和电视上播放方言节目，以期保存本地的文化遗产。
英文：There are extensive land and numerous population in China and people have separate dialects in many parts of China. Dialects have the biggest difference in pronunciation and have few differences in vocabulary and grammar. some dialects, especially in the North and the Earth, have very big differences, so people saying different dialects is often very difficult to know dialogue between them. It is considered that dialect is a component of the local culture but over the years, the number of saying dialect is constantly decreasing. To encourage people to say local dialects, some local government has taken measures, such as establishing the dialect class in school and playing dialect program in broadcast and television, so as to protect local cultural relics.
请问上面的中译英有何错误？麻烦指正一下，如果满分15分，下面的翻译有几分？

这次错误有点多。修改如下：
1. There are extensive land and numerous population in China.
不宜用 there be 句型，直接用 China 作主语，以体现主权。再说，population 可数，需要加冠词 a，“人口多”应说 a large population。
改为：China has a vast territory and a large population. 或：China is a country with a vast territory and a large population.
2. and people have separate dialects in many parts of China.
方言不是“有”的，而是“讲”的，改为 speak：
People in many places speak their own dialects.
3. Dialects have the biggest difference in pronunciation and have few differences in vocabulary and grammar.
这里用 have 不合适，改为 There are more differences in... and fewer differences in...为宜。或者 Dialects differ most in...., and least in ...结构
