China Daily上面有些表达，未必非常规范，只要不影响理解即可。由于表语是个从句相对较长，在be 之后加逗号表示停顿。又如：
The truth is, I can find no fault with her.  事实是，我对她挑不出一点毛病。
The truth is, there's no better time than right now.  而事实的真相是，没有任何时刻比现在更宝贵。
The truth is, love is still mostly a mystery to me.  其实，爱情对我而言，至今差不多还只是一个谜。
以下3句都可以说，但第1句最规范：
1. The truth is that he is not fit for the job.
2. The truth is he is not fit for the job.
3. The truth is, he is not fit for the job.
